Processing & Turnaround Time

  • Orders are typically fulfilled within 2-10 business days. Custom orders may take longer depending on the order size and complexity. You will receive an email with pickup or tracking information, once your order is complete.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • All orders are final sale. Chic Craft Co. does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges as all orders are made specifically per order. If something arrives damaged or inncorrect, we'll fix it- fast. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Custom orders (including logos, names, and bulk orders) are final sale. We'll always provide a proof for approval before production.
  • Please ensure the proper care is used for each product. (care instructions are given at the time of purchase and also listed under Product Care.

Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-8 business days. Custom orders may take longer depending on the order size and complexity.
  • For expedited/parcel shipping,  a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location.
  • Express shipping does not speed up the fulfillment of your order.
  • Untamed Plains is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages. 
  • the Customer is responsible for any Customs/Duties charges that may apply. Untamed Plains is not responsible for these charges. 
  • Please Note: it is very important (& your responsibility) to ensure all information provided is true and correct at time of checkout.  If wrong information is provided, we are not responsible for undelivered items to the correct location. Should you notice you made an error please contact us as soon as possible, we will attempt to correct however it is not guaranteed. This applies to both billing and shipping addresses. 

Custom Order Policy

  • Proof approval required: We provide a digital proof for ever custom order. Once approved, we begin production.
  • Changes after approval: once approved, changed may not be possible or may require additional fees.
  • Turnaround time: Custom orders typically take 7-14 business days depending on order size.

Local Pickup

  • Untamed is located in Mannville, Ab. If you have selected 'free local pickup' at checkout, you will receive further instructions on pickup location/time via email.    **Please wait until your order has been completed & is available for pickup**
  • Once your order is ready for pickup, pickup MUST be made within 1 week.
