Shipping policy

  • *SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE WITHIN NORTH AMERICA*
  • Drinkware only orders are shipped within 2-10 business days. Apparel orders will be shipped in 10-14 business days. (**turnaround time depends on workload at the given time, unless otherwise noted**)
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. 
  • Shipping times may vary due to the current state. 
  • Please inspect your package within 5 days of receiving your package. In the unusual event of receiving an incorrect or defective item, please contact untamedplains@gmail.com within 2 days. Please provide photos of the defects. If you do not report defects/incorrect items within 5 days, unfortunately we will be unable to help you. Please make sure to inspect your items within this given timeline.
  • Untamed Plains Supply Co. is not responsible for any shipping damages. This includes broken mugs. 
  • The customer is responsible for any Duties or Customs charges that may apply. Untamed Plains Supply Co. is NOT responsible for these charges.
